The Manager will be responsible for the development of health economic models, dossiers, abstracts, and publications, and for conducting medical analysis to support the publications team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct investigations of both internal and external sources to collect and report medical information (direct and indirect parameters, data on cost, usage, and outcomes) required for health economic analysis.

Manage the development, review, and rollout of health economic models and dossiers – work with internal and external members to analyze inputs and ensure timely review and sign-off of dossiers, abstracts, and publications.

Lead data review roundtables with core team members (Clinical, Medical Affairs, Reimbursement, and Marketing) to ensure internal alignment on interpretations of key data and develop plans for data rollout at various venues.

Support training of field staff on how to use health economic models.

Manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.

Provide medical analysis to support the publications team.
Qualifications:
Advanced degrees (Master’s, PhD, PharmD, MBA, or MPh) in a scientific discipline or equivalent; preferably advanced degrees in both biology plus business or economics or public health.

Basic knowledge of biology or related life sciences.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills; finance or decision analysis experience preferred.

Initiative and ability to manage multiple assignments and maintain high level of productivity with minimal supervision.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Our CLIENT is seeking a SAP BW Developer to join their Enterprise Business Intelligence team located within the Corporate Information Services Department - Framingham, MA.
In this position you will responsible for the development of data models, data flow diagrams, ETL/data management, performance monitoring/tuning and system testing. You will collaborate directly with business users in order to lead the development of new and enhanced Business reporting capability.
Duties include:
- Work with internal customers to analyze and translate Business requirements and functional specifications into technical specifications, data flow diagrams and data models.
- Implement SAP standard content where possible to satisfy Business requirements.
