Job Responsibilities:
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing, administering, and supporting various modules of the Lawson ERP System, as well as ancillary responsibility for development and support of other financial applications, including Patient Keeper, within a team environment. We seek an experienced professional who will be able to lead initiatives including interacting with the vendor and customer in an effort to design solutions. Additional responsibilities include:

Provide business systems and applications analysis expertise in support of the development of new business applications. This includes evaluation, analysis, and documentation of requirements as well as developing processes and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.

Review system test plans and system tests modules before implementation and review end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, and training materials) for accuracy.

Teach end users new technology and enhancements using all appropriate communication tools as well as providing support for existing system procedures. Classifies problems as system, training, or process and recommends corrections.

Coordinate the efforts of a variety of vendors and support organizations that have responsibility for the delivery of end product.

Communicate with high level managers to determine roll out strategies.

Required Skills:

5+ years experience in applications analysis or equivalent combination of experience and education. This should include ERP systems experience with a focus on Supply Chain

Strong verbal and written communications skills

Experience dealing with conflicting priorities.

Desired Skills:

Experience with Lawson or other ERP system (with a focus on Supply Chain modules)

Remote hosting experience

Project management experience a plus

Systems Engineer in BOSTON, MA

The Systems Engineer is responsible for ensuring support of VMware ESX Infrastructure and Windows systems, configuring and installing hardware and operating system software components. Develops measurement and feedback tools to assess the effectiveness of project management efforts within IS. Reports findings and makes recommendations for improvements.

Gathers project information and maintains project activity listings including enterprise-wide project timeframes and resource utilization

Measures and reports on IS performance in delivering project-based services

Creates and distributes Monthly Program, Portfolio, and Enterprise analysis

Creates and maintains a central repository for all project management-related materials through the Project Office website

You must possess the following qualities:

Experience: Required Background/Experience

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, or related business discipline

7+ years up through the ranks of project management and project office experience

You must have PMO experience with demonstrated contributions as an agent for change

Prior experience in leading and supporting a successful PMO with similar project scope and quantity levels

Major Pluses to Have

Big 4 Consulting Experience or consulting experience with firms such as Accenture and Sapient

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI
