Job Responsibilities:
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing, administering, and supporting various modules of the Lawson ERP System, as well as ancillary responsibility for development and support of other financial applications, including Patient Keeper, within a team environment. We seek an experienced professional who will be able to lead initiatives including interacting with the vendor and customer in an effort to design solutions. Additional responsibilities include:
  • Provide business systems and applications analysis expertise in support of the development of new business applications. This includes evaluation, analysis, and documentation of requirements as well as developing processes and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
  • Review system test plans and system tests modules before implementation and review end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, and training materials) for accuracy.
  • Teach end users new technology and enhancements using all appropriate communication tools as well as providing support for existing system procedures. Classifies problems as system, training, or process and recommends corrections.
  • Coordinate the efforts of a variety of vendors and support organizations that have responsibility for the delivery of end product.
  • Communicate with high level managers to determine roll out strategies.

    Required Skills:
  • 5+ years experience in applications analysis or equivalent combination of experience and education. This should include ERP systems experience with a focus on Supply Chain

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience dealing with conflicting priorities.

    Desired Skills:
