Qualifications:

Education
: (Minimum Degree, or the equivalent combination of training and experience is necessary)

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required.

A minimum of five years hands-on experience working with database and warehouse technologies and architectures; including both logical and physical designs, data mart creation, ETL tools, loaders and development and reporting tools is required.
This experience should include influencing global data architecture directions and defining major data architecture related technology standards.

A minimum of four years experience with implementation of enterprise reporting tools such as Cognos ReportNet or Business Objects.

A minimum of four years hands-on experience in various data definition and modeling projects and demonstrated capabilities in carrying best practices and common objects/components to other projects is required.

Preferred/Desirable:

Experience with development processes and production release management; application and database tuning and interdependencies on operating system configuration is highly desired.

Experience with health care related data highly desired.

The Senior Designer will:

Conceptualize, design, and produce four-color newsletters, magazines and other print products.
Work with the Editor on art and photo concepts, and on overall design.

Using Photoshop and Illustrator to color correct images
