Reporting to the ACS Program Managers supporting our clients, the Business Objects Report Analyst will be responsible to have reports converted from the current reporting tools of Data Warehouse and brought into the new SAP BusinessObjects data warehouse environment. Moreover, this person would design and maintain all reports and customization going forward. Our clients require a tool that is simple and straight forward to allow data to be compiled quickly and accurately. This new version will offer our clients a way to enter data and get results without ever writing a script and our understanding what each object is and how it needs to be conformed to. This new person would provide these queries and adjustments as well performing analytical tasks regarding the data.

Additionally, the analyst will be required to train the Program Managers as well as individual client users.

Reporting to the ACS Program Managers supporting our clients, the Business Objects Report Analyst will be responsible to have reports converted from the current reporting tools of Data Warehouse and brought into the new SAP BusinessObjects data warehouse environment. Moreover, this person would design and maintain all reports and customization going forward. Our clients require a tool that is simple and straight forward to allow data to be compiled quickly and accurately. This new version will offer our clients a way to enter data and get results without ever writing a script and our understanding what each object is and how it needs to be conformed to. Job Responsibilities:
The Computer Operator will monitor all platform availability and ensure all Amisys Daily Production is completed as schedule. This includes all FTP processing. They will ensure all Amisys related Special Requests are completed as requested and review daily check off sheets. They may provide guidance, train and audit work of less-senior staff operating the computer system and other peripheral equipment. They manipulate controls to initiate and operate the computer. Monitors and diagnoses on-line system problems via use of various software tools. Initiates corrective action where possible. They compile and maintain reports relative to computer operation as required. Reviews equipment logs and reports on equipment operation efficiency as required. They keep management abreast of the condition of the computer equipment and the adequacy of scheduling. They will be responsible for giving proper turnover to the on-coming shift and shift lead. They insure that problems are identified and followed up until resolved. They will assist in moving hardware in and out of data center, as needed.

Required Skills:
2-5+ years of computer operations experience, preferably with HP/MPE and HP/UNIX backgrounds (but willing to train!)
