Transaction Services and Special Acquisition Services Groups - pre-transaction due diligence that focuses on attempting to identify potential deal breakers, industry and deal specific risks and opportunities; cash flows and working capital management, purchase price negotiations, and potential offerings; largest financial buyers and significant multinationals involved in complex, cross-border transactions to mid-size companies, acquiring or divesting assets:
Provide in depth exposure and further development in knowledge related to SEC reporting and accounting issues such as (FASB, EITF, SEC Rules and Regulations), specifically as it relates to key areas of focus such as: Business combinations, Recapitalizations, Stock Compensation plans, Revenue Recognition, Capitalization of software development costs, Deferral of Costs, IPR&D, Restructuring Reserves, Impact of Transaction of EPS, Treatment of Equity and quasi Equity Instruments, Beneficial conversion features, Imbedded Derivatives etc.
This position includes the following:

* Annual salary of $80,000 to $168,000+ depending on experience (Target = <$145,000).
