Microsoft Exchange Subject Matter Expert in Boston, MA

One of our clients recently acquired another company in the Boston financial district.

We have an immediate need (project scheduled to start Monday, April 28th) for an Exchange Subject Matter Expert. This project will involve porting of the current user .PST files as well deploying their current system to merge with our client's system.

There are only 60 users to migrate over to the new system. You will be working with a Desktop Engineer who will be responsible for reimaging the desktops.

Responsible for the following:
Install, maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade computer hardware, software, personal computer networks, and peripheral equipment for employees.
The Desktop Support Technician answers help desk requests for desktop support and selected hardware/software support at the desktop and participates in upgrades.

Experience: To be considered for this contract position the ideal consultant will be experienced with the following:

 Install, assemble, and configure computers, monitors, network infrastructure and peripherals such as printers, scanners and related hardware; pull cables and rewires or directs the rewiring of cables as required for new installations and office reconfiguration.

 Awareness of basic network & voice desktop physical connections and capable of troubleshooting
network line problems and adding new desktops to existing infrastructure.
 Initiate and troubleshoot video and audio conferences.

Required Skills:
 2+ year experience in the information technology field ( Desktop Support and/or Jack of All Trades ), preferably in the professional services industry.
 A+, Network+, and Microsoft certifications or equivalents a plus.

This individual will be responsible for controlling configuration and analysis for a production system.

Must have:

Strong FI/CO background, Very strong understanding of US GAAP.

Solution functional GAPs using standard SAP Controlling functionality.
Company in the process of mapping one companies process to our existing process due to a large integration.

Able to trouble shoot and understand the following modules Controlling, CO-PA is a must, PCA, SPL and Material ledger.
