IT Infrastructure Manager in Boston, MA

Position Overview

The IT Infrastructure Manager is primarily responsible for delivering and managing scaleable IT infrastructure services. This includes assuring appropriate scalability in power, cooling, space, network and storage capabilities. In addition the Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for growing the Infrastructure Services team, as well as defining best practices and service level agreements for Acadian's datacenter operations.

Experience:
This person must have a strong systems administration and datacenter management background with at least 3 years of management experience. The ability to spot problematic areas, analyze solutions, propose resolutions and direct their implementation is essential. Candidates must have a strong technical background, strong written and oral communication skills, project management skills, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. Job Responsibilities:
