The goal of this position is to take responsibility for the successful implementation and support of our client's world-class web deployed solutions.

Responsibilities
·Working with our clients customers to enhance business processes through the implementation and support of the products and solutions
·Performing the full technical configuration required for the deployment of our solutions
·Assisting or clients driving other deployment activities such as: requirements gathering, functional design, user acceptance testing, issue resolution, installation and training
·Collaborating frequently with the project team to ensure the successful implementation of the solutions

Experience: Qualifications
