. Strong LDAP skills in design, installation, replication, certificate management: 7+ years
. Understand SOA, Web Services, Service registry and J2EE security principles and software development capabilities using J2EE, and/or .NET
. A background with competitive products (Netegrity SiteMinder, Windows MetaDirectory, iPlanet Directory, Sun ONE, etc) is useful.
. Knowledge of Internet (TCP/IP) Network practices and concepts, Firewall technologies, Encryption technologies and VPN: 7+ years
. Understand audit, performance, HA configuration options
. Understand industry security trends and standards, such as, SAML, Liberty, WS-Federation
. Technical leadership and mentorship skills: 5+ years
. Vendor relationship and management: 5+ years
. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have
. IBM WebSphere, WebSphere Portal design, configuration, installation and management (Experience with other Portal platforms, such as, BEA, Vignette is acceptable).
. Systems administration one or more platforms; Mainframe (z/OS, MVS), Unix (Linux, Solaris, HP-UX), Windows (XP, 2003, 2K)
. IBM product certifications
. Security industry certifications (CISSP, CCIE, CCSE, MCSE)

Education:
. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field
