JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Specialist is regarded as the Subject Matter Expert in Investment banking on technology platform/packages (such as C++/Microsoft/ Java) and brings in-depth development, design and architecture expertise to lend support to the delivery of complex solutions on that platform. Summary:
Leadership opportunity with multiple of Sapient’s household name clients
The Client Executive role encompasses that all facets of account/client management, strategic advisory role to clients, delivery oversight, and team/people leadership

Consists of being accountable for creating and managing the client relationship from a delivery, new business, relationship and operational standpoint
Primary Responsibilities:
Plan and manage client expansion strategy
Identify business development opportunities for Sapient within the clients’ organization and lead our response efforts
Utilizing your extensive Digital Commerce and Retail background, become a trusted advisor to the client
Plan, manage and execute to a target based plan to grow the client from a revenue and profitability standpoint
Effectively manage a P&L of $5 – 10MM
Responsible for relationships with client's senior leadership/executive team – furthering current relationships and building new ones
Shape follow-on opportunities for Sapient at client and client’s subsidiary companies leveraging Sapient’s full range of Consulting and Interactive services
Develop and close multi-year, multi million $ deals with the client
Lead proposal efforts and can sell Sapient value proposition to the client
Experience Guidelines:
10-12 years minimum experience in client relations and business development
Significant experience with Digital Commerce/Content Management solutions required – Retail experience highly desired
Significant experience in a Consulting organization required
Demonstrated ability to grow business by breaking into different areas of a client organization.
Worked to build multiple account relationships and grow them year on year in both revenue and profit
Strong and inspirational leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with team members to shape offerings and close business
Experience of meeting/exceeding revenue/profit targets
Experience of selling and managing solutions involving globally distributed development offerings
Ability to travel overnight as needed
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or technology related field. Equivalent experience may be considered
