I have multiple immediate Permanent consulting positions for WebSphere Commerce Architects OR Developers. We are searching for Application Developers and Architects experienced in the WebSphere Commerce (WC) software solution. WebSphere Commerce Application Developer or Architect participates in the execution of the client's business requirements into specific system, application or process in the B2B and B2C environments. They work as a team member with client personnel to identify functional requirements and ultimately, plan and implement the WebSphere Commerce solutions. This position requires 5+ years of application development experience across multiple platforms, processes and architectures, including 2+ years WebSphere Commerce (through v. 5.x) development and package implementation experience, web technologies (Java, J2EE, HTML, JSP, EJB), data bases, middleware and transaction processing systems. Strong client management, and excellent communication and teaming skills required. Candidates can live in any US major metro market however must be able to travel 80-100% during the business week (home on weekends).
This position includes the following:
* Permanent position with large corporation; excellent benefits; bonus potential.
* Annual salary of $85,000 to $118,000+ (Target = <$105,000).
* Live anywhere in the US; access to major airport.

Strong Student Admissions system functional knowledge
Must have experience with version 8.9
Must have experience writing functional specifications and creating business process documentation.
Extensive experience with People Tools (ver 8.x), Application Designer, Query and SQL analyzer.
Must have worked on AT LEAST two (2) PeopleSoft Student Upgrades/Implementations.
Project lead skills with the Ability to perform as functional lead for upgrades & implementations.
Responsible for supporting PeopleSoft Student Administration system for versions 7.x to 8.x
Bachelors degree from a 4 year college or university with a minimum of 3-6 years experience working with the PeopleSoft Student Administration product.
