JOB DESCRIPTION
This Application Architect will possess knowledge and leadership skills that allow him/her to assist in facilitating the integration of complex software systems. Assist business in defining functional and non-functional requirements; Work with team to move functional requirements to technical requirements; Provide leadership in planning complex systems integration projects; Support application development methodology chosen by the client; Use analytical skills to help isolate problems and provide options to resolving problems identified; Assist management in prioritizing problems based on business impact; Review/assess proposed solutions in the context of the software applications in place, and planned for in the near future; Raise issues as needed, communicate with team members.

Knowledge of version Oracle CRM 11.5.10.

Nice to have skills: Inbound Call Center for the Utility Industry experience (as an architect), Prefer to also have Oracle applications, Oracle 10gAS, Oracle 10g DB, Oracle Interconnect 9.0.2, webMethods, Mainframe, UNIX, CIS / Customer Information & Billing Systems Enterprise Bill Presentment and Payment solutions (Our client uses eDocs, which is now owned by Siebel / Oracle) CRM IVR solutions (Our client uses AT&Ts IVR) Oracle eBusiness Suite Nice to have skills: Well rounded Project Management/Technical Project Management with Leadership and development background.

Additional Comments: Resource is required on site 5 days a week.

JOB DESCRIPTION
-Ensure all Telecom and Corporate HR - related work efforts are defined and implemented as all Business Groups are moved to an Enterprise PeopleSoft HR/Payroll System
-To develop a sound knowledge of HR business processes and assist in the fit gapping of PeopleSoft HRMS instances
-Work with business managers and low-level users to understand and document business requirements across all HR workstreams
-To understand, document and prioritize business requirements and processes across HR
-To work with HR process owners and IT to develop optimal solutions
-To develop complete and accurate business models including process, data and organization
-Manage vendor interface testing, data integrity, user acceptance test planning and execution
-Experience working with Oracle/Peoplesoft systems and applications
-Experience with large systems implementation and associated integration of across multiple systems
-Ability to synthesize requirements and off-the-shelf capabilities to deliver cost-effective solutions with little to no customization, while satisfactorily meeting user requirements
-Strong Project Management and Customer Interface skills
-Strong verbal and written communications skills
-Familiar with HR functional processes
-Bachelors or certification in Information Systems or Computer Sciences or equivalent work experience
-Advanced user of Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and Access
-Experience with HP Quality Center, TOAD, SQL and Oracle User Productivity Tool Kit (UPK)
