This healthy, growing, stable company is leading its market space with their well-developed hosted software.

This position requires a hands-on, head-in-the-game Manager for the Implementations Team within the Professional Services engineering organization. It is very low travel (10%) since this is a hosted application, but this is a real player-coach position!

- Lead a team of six (2 implementation project managers and 4 implementation consultants). Manage entire Implementation Services delivery from kickoff through requirements phase, implementation, data migration, turnover, and ongoing support until client signoff and handoff to tech support. Based on current 100% growth, team is projected to be 12 by end of 2007.

- Fine-tune current implementation processes and standardize into a "best practices" Implementation Management procedure.

- Attract, train, lead, mentor and manage Implementation Services team and take the lead in ensuring a seamless handoff from sales to implementation services, working closely with clients to identify key business goals and schedule and coordinate implementation to meet the goals, setting client expectations properly, and completing on time and on budget.

Requires:

- This is a player-coach position and requires experience as a hands-on Manager of Implementation who has set up standardized, "best practices" implementation procedures.

- Bachelor's Degree - MBA Preferred.

- Demonstrated experience delivering mission critical technical solutions enterprise and direct management of implementation teams.

- PLUSES:

- Technical understanding of hosted services, including Outlook, Internet Explorer and Microsoft environment applications generally.

- Experience supporting/implementing CRM products is a strong plus!

This Implementation Engineer will become the companys technical expert for this ecommerce web product, configuring and maintaining this e-commerce software solution.
