ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- 3-5 years of experience developing web applications, mobile web applications, and or web services for a real-time production environment
- 3-5 years of experience developing within a .NET language, preferably C#
- Familiarity with advanced .NET 3.5 and C# 3.0 features (LINQ, Anonymous Methods, Extension Methods, Generics, Deferred Execution, etc.)
- A high-level of expertise with (X)HTML, CSS, and Javascript
- Web development experience using ASP.NET and ASP.NET MVC
- Familiarity with various Javascript libraries (Prototype, jQuery, etc)
- MS-SQL Server experience, including maintaining, optimizing, and writing T-SQL queries and stored procedures
- Experience bringing software from design to deployment

BONUS SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience testing and debugging software prior to deployment
- Experience enhancing existing production level software and re-deploying as necessary
- Experience with software Unit Testing Ability to implement software based upon existing design documents, processes, and procedures, in addition to creating new technical specifications
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other members of the development team
- Ability to multi-task between both internal and client project
- Familiarity with mobile technology a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with a number of other programming languages (PHP, Java, Ruby, etc) a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with MySQL or PostgreSQL a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with SMS/MMS and mobile content delivery technologies a plus, but not required
