Business Analyst - Charles River in Boston, MA

Currently we are seeking a Trade System Business Analyst to join our team of professionals. Selected individual must have a solid understanding Front, Back, and Middle offices Trade system and solid knowledge of the Trade Lifecycle from Order Entry to Settlement. Additionally, must have experience gathering requirements, working with portfoloio managers


Required Skills Include:
5+ years of experience in the financial industry, preferably working directly with traders and portfolio managers. Experience with an Order Management System (OMS), preferably with Charles River Development (CRD) is required. Experience with implementation, and post- implementation analysis and problem resolution of large scale applications preferred as well. Must have an understanding of buy-side trade flow (from order entry through settlement) with a keen appreciation for the real-time user needs within the trading cycle. Must be proficient in MS Office applications, specifically Word, Excel (MS Project a plus). Must show a demonstrated problem solving ability. Must be able to complete tasks within a fast-changing environment. Need to be both a self-starter (independent and reliable) as well as a quality team player. Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a positive attitude. Bachelor*s Degree required.


Selected individual must be a team player and able to perform work individually, self motivated with excellent troubleshooting skills. Must be confident in ability, yet receptive of new ideals, additionally, must be well spoken and ability to communicate effectively.
