We are actively seeking a Senior Architect - Avaya IP Telephony Solutions, PBX, etc. We prefer candidates with broad background and skills in Avaya solutions for IP Telephony. Successful candidate will have strong technical skills and above average abilities in planning, solution structure, assessment, analysis, design, architecture, client relationship management & technical writing.
The candidate must have direct hands-on experience with gathering requirements, developing detailed designs and leading technology implementation preferred as well as experience in proposal development and sales support. Must have extensive experience with Avaya IP Telephony design and implementation projects, interviewing/ analytical/ report writing skills & issues based on consulting. Avaya certified ACD-Design-IPT, or ACS-Design-Messaging, or ACS-Design-Call Center needed, overall ACE certification preferred. IP Telephony. Some positions are for Client Engagement Leadership with hands-on technical background.

This position includes the following:
