------------Job Description--------------



Candidate will be working on a web application (.NET) defining the call flow for claim system and working more like a SME who can improve processes and mentor. They should be comfortable working with SQL .. writing queries to extract and check data. Any experience with UseCase, PRO Clearquest is a plus



Requirements:





Business analysis, documentation and design to enhance the application.



Designer Tool expert to customize how the system responds to data collected during the claim reporting process.



Subject matter expert on the level 2 production support team.



Create and modify rules and call flows, responsible for troubleshooting, resolving or escalating system problems.



Responsible for Performance Testing, Unit testing



Lead role in problem resolution and escalate problems appropriately and effectively monitor and maintain ownership of problem tickets to ensure timely completion and problem resolution.



Subject Matter Expert for projects involving modifications to the Claim System.
