Technical Strategy/Business Development
Provide high-level technical strategy for a wide variety of client initiatives across the organization.
Support Account Teams with new business development and account growth by presenting technical knowledge that helps to solve client marketing and communication challenges.
Serve in the role of Technical Lead for proposals and active projects, providing technical documentation and ongoing support for the creative and development team throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Occasionally take a hands-on development role when dictated by the needs of the project or the team.

Be a thought leader regarding the latest trends in the digital space, especially as it relates to the intersection of digital and physical environments.
Contribute to cross-office collaboration, by providing leadership in the form of passion and advocacy of digital solutions throughout the entire network.
Provide support to the Director of Technology for all hiring initiatives.
Experience: At least 6 years of professional experience in a technology role, preferably with high level client interaction.
Advanced knowledge of the methods used to create online, offline, and mobile digital solutions.
Experience working with effective digital solutions throughout the Solid knowledge of industry standards for the analytics of user behavior as it relates to digital solutions.
Working knowledge of high level programming techniques and languages: OOP, .Net (C#), SQL, Actionscript, HTML, XML, Javascript, CSS, Web Services.
Ability to communicate effectively with local and remote teams in the management of overlapping projects and competing deadlines.
Passion for creating next generation technology solutions.
Ability to do occasional system administration on Windows 2003, IIS 6 and SQL Server 2005.
Additional Desired Skills:
Knowledge of other development environments such as J2EE, PHP, Python, Ruby, Objective C.
Knowledge of UNIX and its variants.
Knowledge of video encoding for the web or for other digital video playback devices.
