Desktop Support Analyst in Boston, MA

Our client is seeking an Energetic Technical Support Professional that is comfortable troubleshooting such things as Internet Explorer, Firefox as well as various operating systems such as Windows 98, NT, 2000, XP and Vista – having Mac experience would be very helpful as well. The right candidate will be providing software based support to both a technical and non technical customer base. Must be a fast learner and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Strong customer service skills are an absolute MUST.
