Global Corporate Action Analyst The Corporate Action Analyst will be responsible for Voluntary and Mandatory global and domestic Corporate Actions. Ability to process on multiple portfolio management, vendor and custodians systems. Make recommendation to improve service, operating efficiencies, research client inquires, effectively communicate issues/resolution with Portfolio Managers. Take proactive approach to ensue service provided meets or exceed expectations. Experience: Required Skills: . Five years processing of domestic and global Corporate Actions experience and cost allocations. . Perform daily oversight functions. . Validate terms of announcement across multiple vendors . Communicate Corporate Actions details to Portfolio Managers . Solicit, reconcile and process elections responses internally and externally (Custodians) . Ability to meet deadlines multiple times daily, work effectively under pressure . Attention to details, strong analytical and verbal skills . Work on projects and enhancement testing . Review Dividends, Paydowns, Interest and other automatically posted events for accuracy . Research and resolve asset and cash breaks . Research and resolve client inquires . Maintain lines of communication with support banks, Portfolio Managers, Compliance, Trade Operations and Performance Groups . Knowledge with vendor Corporate Actions system i.e. Xcitek, Smart Stream a plus . Knowledge of GIM portfolio accounting system a plus, as well as PACE and Checkfree APL . Proficiency with Microsoft applications; EXCEL, ACCESS, WORD etc. . Support manager with MIS reporting and oversight This is an excellent opportunity to join a winning team.
