Sr. Business Analyst - ERP Systems in Boston, MA

This is a Permanent position. Our client is not able to hold or sponsor any visa's at this time. Salary is based on experience, with a cap around 110K. Our client needs a strong, independent business anaylst. With a strong background with corporate budgeting and forecasting practices in the "business services" industry. With the ability to bring in new best practices and implement driver-based budgeting. A professional that can do more than gather information/requirements. You must be able to gather our clients requirements with the ability to challenge them, not merely echo back to the stakeholders, act more like a Business Consultant. Meaning you must be well versed in standard BA techniques and afrifacts.You need to have worked in an established software develoment lifecycle where project management, business analysis, development, and QA roles.* Qualifications:Must have at least 5 years of working with Large Enterprise implementations of ERP (oracle preferred)Good working knowledge with SDLC* Plus if you have worked with Hyperion (Hyperion Planning & Hyperion Financial Management). Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Will be asked to demonstrate ability to communicate with stakeholders, technical and operational partners. Comfortable with process and data modeling, system integration design.
