IS Business Process Manager Human Capital - 13349 in Boston, MA

Skills: SAP, GLOBAL, SAAS, HUMAN CAPITALDuties: Leads a team of business process and system analysts in implementing and sustaining enterprise Human Capital solutions and services to improve business performance. Responsibilities include developing strategies and roadmaps to standardize, integrate and implement common IT solutions in support of global business process initiatives. Proactively identifies opportunities to leverage information technology to grow the business and increase efficiency. work closely with business leaders from to understand needs, analyze business and technical options and deliver value-creating, cost-effective IT solutions. Ensures the health and well being of all things IT-related for enterprise Human Capital processes. Key processes include Employee Administration, Recruitment, Performance Management, Talent Planning, Compensation and Benefits Management. Contributes to the development and executes to multi-year process enablement roadmaps for Human Capital, aligning with global strategy and technology standards. Works closely with business partners across multiple business units to define business requirements, determine functional approaches and align projects with overall company strategic objectives. Supports Human Capital Management portfolio of system and process enablement projects, enhancements and services. Implements process improvements and supports organization change management efforts as necessary to sustain change and realize benefits. Works with business partners and other IT department representatives to drive resolution of cross organizational issues and manage risk. Manages technology vendor relationships, contracts, and service levels for packaged software and software as a service and educate business on IT services, cost, performance, features enabling business to take ownership over service consumption and IT costs. Work with business partners and sponsors to develop budget inputs and justification for enhancements to applicable systems and applications. Will recruit, develop, retain and motivate a virtual IT team operating at a high performance level and make appropriate business decisions regarding the extended staff model to maximize the effectiveness of all resources - internal staff, consultants, project staff and external service providers. Develop a user-centric service attitude in IT staff to enhance both internal and external customer focus through responsive and innovative technology. Experience: Ideal Background: Strong leadership developing Global Information Services organizations and global shared services. Experience managing global multi-cultural virtual teams of experienced technical staff. Demonstrated technical matrix organization management experience. Expertise in information technology systems development, systems management, project management and solution delivery with strong analytical and process management skills and a broad understanding of group business strategy and operations. ?¢ Undergraduate college degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Industrial Engineering or similar degree. Postgraduate college degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Systems Management desirable. 7-10 years experience in an Information Technology related capacity with 3 - 5 years at the management level required. Minimum of 5 years experience working with designated processes, business or IT-side, required. Proven business analysis and process re-engineering skills required. Strong financial acumen with experience developing business cases highly desirable. Experience leading business transformation initiatives with process, organization and technology changes highly desirable. Multiple full project life cycle IT systems implementations in Data Warehousing or Human Capital required; SAP and Business Objects required.
