Lab Implementation EngineerOur client, one of the nations leading healthcare services provide, is seeking a proven Lab Implementation Engineer to join their team. As the Lab Implementation Engineer you will be responsible for implementing our technology solution to new customers throughout the United States. You will be serving providers, health plans and labs in the life sciences and diagnostics space, providing leading edge healthcare content and technology solutionsYour ability to successfully balance customer-facing interaction with your technical acumen will make you a valuable asset to our team. Responsibilities:• Own a set of full-cycle customer facing technical implementations which includes owning the technical project plan, configuring customer settings in the SaaS application, training the customer, reporting customer issues, testing deployments, and ultimately transitioning accounts to Customer Support• Create data sets • Train customers on capabilities of the system –Train the Trainer• Report customer issues, work with engineering team to troubleshoot, communicate resolution plan back to customer• Support existing customer implementations as customer issues are reported• Build documentation, processes and tools for services to ease implementation• Provide feedback to product management around improvements for customer-facing capabilities as well as technology for services improvements• Work with Integration and Engineering teams to understand level of effort for customer requests and support Sales' efforts to manage and meet customer expectationsRequirements• Bachelor's degree in Health Science, Computer Science or equivalent technical implementation experience• 5+ years deploying technology solutions, ideally in a clinical laboratory setting• 2+ years in health care information technology or services• Clinical diagnostic lab market experience or Health Insurance plan experience preferred• Channel sales experience a plus• Experience working strategically and tactically on a high performance team with multiple priorities and tight deadlines• Technical experience with: XML, SQL, TCP/IP, FTP, Web SaaS architecture • Strong skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel• Experience with lab test structure, coding and orders workflow processes• Technical experience with XSLT, Oracle DB, EDI, HL7, X12 a plus.• Team player who can work intelligently and effectively, and prioritize customer satisfaction. • Desire to work in a fast paced startup environment is a must• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills requiredTo apply, please submit your resume, including salary requirements, in a Word or PDF format to our recruiting team .
