Business Analyst in Boston, MA

Role: Business Analyst

Role Description: The Business Analyst would need to have at least 5 years of experience. This Candidate would excel in producing business requirements documentation and would be highly skilled with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio (i.e., conceptual diagrams, business process workflow capture and swim lane diagrams, etc.).

Must Haves:

- 7 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting business and operations projects, developing BRD and functional specifications with Unified Modeling Language, (UML), Rational Unified Process (RUP) approach experience.
- A structured or management consulting background would be preferred.
- Documentation experience is the biggest must for the role.
- Proficient in all office products (example Visio developing conceptual diagrams, business process workflow capture and swim lane diagrams, etc).
- Must be able to take Excel Spreadsheets and Visio Diagrams and create decks in PowerPoint, insert Excel Spreadsheets for data mapping.
- Creating Test Cases/Scripts and executing on them, assisting with UAT.
- Industry experience - Financial Services preferably Fixed Income would be a plus.
- Project experience with Fixed Income Order Management systems - preferably LatentZero but CRD would also be good.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
