Business Analyst for Compliance testing (401(k), Qualified plans
The Business Analyst for Compliance testing (401(k), Qualified plans) will be the subject matter expert providing Subject Matter expertise to the Compliance testing team. The role requires the person to understand the intricacies of Compliance testing as it relates to ADP/ACP testing, Top Heavy testing, Limit testing etc. and the ability to design workflows and operating models so as to de-couple and functionalize the process of testing. Ability to liaison with customers, conduct workshops and provide solutions around staffing, process flow, SLA's etc. would be required.
Testing Knowledge - Understands:
. Definition of HCE/Key Employees, Rules and Calculations for ADP/ ACP, 415, 410(b) and Top Heavy testing
. Exp. in NDT ( Non discrimination Testing)
. Data issues and validation reports
. Eligibility requirements, rules and calculations for ROE's and standard QNEC's
. Results of standard tests and correction methods
. Different types of QNECs, impact of Qualified participant, Off Calendar Catch-ups
. Aggregation / Disaggregation rules for 410(b) and NDT for controlled groups


Experience: Testing Knowledge - Understands:
