73885 Senior Customer Implementation Consultant / Project Manager

Healthy, growing, profitable ASP / hosted software company with well-developed, mature hosted software.

Responsibilities:

- Manage Implementation projects and customer relationships to speedily move customers through successful implementation, driving efficiently toward software "go-live" and customer sign-off point.

- Learn software features and guide customers into most effective utilization of features, assisting them in changing their business processes to make best use of the software.

- Participate in development of implementation management "best practices".

- Work closely with clients to identify key business goals, schedule and coordinate implementation, properly set client expectations, and complete implementation in best possible time.

- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships from kickoff through all phases of implementation to client signoff.

- Very low travel (5 - 10%) since this is a hosted application!
Requires:

- Experience managing implementation projects and customer relationships, preferably for ASP/hosted software implementations.

- Must be very bright, personable, strong customer expectations and software implementation management skills.

- Bachelor's Degree - MBA Preferred.

Pluses:

- Technical understanding of hosted services software, and Microsoft environment applications such as Outlook, Internet Explorer.

- Experience supporting/implementing CRM products is a strong plus!
