73739 Sharp and motivated Help Desk Support Analyst needed for TOP TIER Boston based company with OUTSTANDING benefits!

Day-to-day technical support to internal staff over the phone, through email & in person.

This includes troubleshooting laptop & desktop problems, answering questions about software applications, & working with staff to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Must have:

Assoc. or Bachelors degree strongly preferred.
Demonstrated interest & aptitude in technology, technology issues & analytical analysis.
Aptitude for analytical problem resolution & troubleshooting.
High performance and standards as demonstrated by academic and/or previous job experience.
Excellent communication & customer service skills.
Ability to identify, troubleshoot & resolve problems without direct supervision.
