SAP Technical Support Specialist in Boston, MA

Provide SAP Basis administration tasks to support SAP ERP, SAP Internet Sales, SAP BW, SAP Portal and SAP XI system landscapes. Install/upgrade/maintain SAP landscapes for ERP, Internet Sales and new dimension products such as BW, Portal, XI, Solution Manager and SLD. This includes daily maintenance such as performance monitoring and tuning, troubleshooting, understanding third party software installs such as backup, scheduling, printing, Edi, credit card processing, etc. Also day to day administration at the Unix level is a solid plus. Basic Qualifications: Minimum of BSEE, BSCE, BSBA or foreign educational equivalent degree. Minimum of 3 years experience installing and configuring SAP ERP system. Minimum of 2 years experience installing, and configuring SAP Internet Sales system. Minimum of 1 year experience supporting O/S application of patches with preference in HP-UX. Minimum of 1 year experience configuring SAP CCMS, monitoring of system logs. Minimum of 1 year experience monitoring and debugging DNS, Pop3, FTP, NFS, SMTP, IMAP and http. Additional Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience installing and configuring any of the SAP Netweaver systems such as SAP Portal, SAP XI, SAP BW. A plus to have 1 year minimum experience with Oracle databases.
