T-TCG-Production Manager in Boston, MA

Financial company needs a production manager for a contract estimated at 2+ months. This person will ideally have financial experience. They will be mac based, and know quark so that they can preflight their own files. Will be doing the production on financial marketing materials including but not limited to: brochures, marketing collateral, and print materials. This person will meet and plan projects with project manager, designer, and print buyer; develop detailed, written job specifications and production schedules, proofread, track each project, and oversee delivery, distribution and mailing functions. This person will be using the Macintosh or a PC to create, edits, and review electronic documents for publication. This person collaborates with the MarCom Creative Group to develop complex electronic documents. This person will review and prepare disks for printers. This person participates in maintaining, and upholding the integrity of the departmental electronic file library. This position will be starting the week of 12/18/06 ideally.
