Desktop Support Analyst Tier 2 in Boston, MA

Excellent opportunity at a leading law firm to be part of a Tier 2 team. Provide expert application support as escalated by the lead technician and/or from the Help Desk. Train end users and technical staff on all aspects of critical applications for the business need of all employees. Provide expert support for all PDA’s, PC's and laptops. This is a permanent position with room for growth. Experience: 3-5 years plus of experience supporting document production applications at mid-level with extensive experience in document recovery, creation, formatting and conversion, application support, MS Office and Windows XP. Strong communications and customer service skills essential. MCP Expert certification for MS-Word and Interwoven Administration certification preferred. MCP certification in additional MS-Office applications also preferred. Experience using and integrating PDAs with email accounts (Blackberry preferred). Occasional travel outside of the office may be required to provide support and coordination of major rollouts, moves and migrations. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and provide hardware support when needed.
