Entry Level to Mid Level Tech Support in Boston, MA

Small private IT Services company based in Boston is looking for 2 entry to mid level Tech Support individuals with great customer service skills to join their team. Candidates should have 2-3 years experience in a tech support role and be very comfortable working primarily over the phone and through emails.
