Helpdesk Support Analyst in BOSTON, MA

Excellent opportunity to join a growing firm as a helpdesk analyst. Will have general responsibility for training staff in the use of application software. Position is permanent and includes an excellent benefit package. Experience: * Two plus years of helpdesk experience(law firm or financial institution preferred) * Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience. * Ability to interact with high level executives * Experience in identifying training needs and developing training programs to meet those needs. * The ability to work on-call as required.
