Our client, a premier Financial Services company based in Boston, has an immediate opening for an IT Technology Specialist. In this role, the selected candidate will supervise the Help Desk functions and provide System Administration for this fast paced enterprise environment. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of Help Desk and Systems support in a Windows environment.

Experience: RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Responsible for overall supervision of Help Desk functions * Maintains, configures/analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals *Responsible for problem recognition, research, and isolation. Identifies, researches and resolves complex technical problems *Performs software installs and upgrades, and documents all upgrades or replacements of hardware and software systems.

Qualifications:
*Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in the field required, including prior Help Desk and systems administration experience *Experience working in a computer networked environment, functional ability with Windows 2000 operating system *Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and possess the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities *Microsoft Certifications preferred
