Compensation Manager for large health insurance company! in Boston, MA

A large health insurance company is in search of a Compensation Manager. This position will report to the Chief HR Officer. Job duties will include developing, implementing and administering compensation programs, auditing positions and identifying changes in policy, practice or procedures by maintaining competitive knowledge of industry and conducting ongoing surveys and research. Other job duties include consulting with managers, designing variable and executive compensation and reward programs, recommending corrective actions as needed, processing, recording and reporting all compensation-related actions, collaborating with Benefits Manager to ensure competitive health and welfare programs are offered, developing and maintaining budgets, and preparing presentations.
Experience: Requirements include 7+ years of compensation experience including executive, long term and short term incentive analysis, bachelor's degree in business or related field and a proven ability to analyze organizational issues and create action plans based on complex concepts.
