Help Desk Analyst in BOSTON, MA

Our client is a professional services firm seeking a Help Desk analyst to support its staff. This position will include phone and email support as well as desktop support. This is a very successful firm and an excellent chance to join a growing, team oriented IT department. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience on a help desk at a professional firm.
Experience: * 1-3 plus years of experience on a Help Desk handling phone and e,ail support as well as hands-on desktop support
* Knowledge of Microsoft XP and MS Office 2003, Windows, desktops
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Able to work independently as well as on a team.
