MAC / Windows Desktop Support Analyst in Boston, MA

Our client in Boston who specializes in the education field is hiring for a Desktop Support consultant with experience in a dual platform environment - MAC and Windows

To be considered for this position - you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience troubleshooting both MAC and PC.<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: Major responsibilities include:

- Responding to technical support calls, analyzing and troubleshooting problems while working with other Desktop Technical Support Specialists and other groups to resolve technical issues.
- Support implementation of new and existing technology and maintain the systems at an operational level.
- Assisting in the testing of all new desktop technology for MAC and PCs.
- Responsible for hardware and software rollouts.
- Set up and relocate workstations and peripheral equipment.
- Ensure reliability of data in departmental inventory databases and completes call reports for support call records
