PEROT SYSTEMS CORPORATION is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. It is currently looking for a Business Analyst Sr. Specialist to join our team in BOSTON MA.

Job Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and administering various clinical departmental applications as assigned. Typical departments include the Emergency Department, the OR, Cardiology, and Radiation Oncology. This candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and identifying issues as system, process, or training issues and coordinate them to resolution. This position will include leading projects approximately 40% of the time with responsibility for developing detailed implementation and upgrade projects in conjunction with other account team associates. When involved in project management this role will assist with coordinating unit testing of modules and software before implementation. This candidate will also provide after-hours “on-call” support to troubleshoot and resolve system problems. Strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and experience dealing with conflicting priorities as needed for this position.

Required Skills:
Experience supporting clinical applications
Minimum of 5 years experience in a BA role
Healthcare/Hospital experience
Project management skills (MSProject)

Desired Skills:
Able to read and write SQL queries
Experience with Crystal Reports (or similar tool)
PMP certified
Strong organizational skills

Minimum Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
