PowerSteering Subject Matter Expert/SME/Washington, DC/Will Travel People in & Work Remote Part-Time in Boston, MA

Genesis10 currently has a need for a PowerSteering Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a major client in Washington, DC. In this role, you will have PowerSteering Subject Matter Expertise with the knowledge, skills and experience to handle (and juggle) complex tasks on tight deadlines, and to interact well with the client at all levels. This is a 6 month contract and client is willing to travel people into DC and work remote part-time.

Responsibilities:
- Perform advisory and assistance support services in accordance with the current client regulatory and policy directives and any portion of the contractor's proposed processes. This effort requires the contractor to provide assistance to PowerSteering database application users with all issues unique to the client's software configuration, and rectify any problems and issues as they arise.
- Advise on system configuration and change management control and provide project management expertise to integrate multiple operational functions of the continuous process improvement environment into any PowerSteering configuration and interface with other hardware/software and or procedural systems.
- Facilitate PowerSteering User Group - including delivering informational briefings and as well as performing meeting prep, minutes and follow-up.
- Monitor the PowerSteering Application Performance.
- Serve as an expert operator on the use of PowerSteering Software.
- Maintain the Service Level Agreements with the hosting facility.
- Maintain PowerSteering documentation.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOP) for performance of foregoing actions and assist client personnel in understanding their practical application.
Experience: Functional Analyst Required Experience/Skills:
- PowerSteering Subject Matter Expertise.
- Knowledge, skills and experience to handle (and juggle) complex tasks on tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal, written and communication skills to interact well with the client at all levels.
