Business Analyst Corporate Applications in Boston, MA

The Corporate Applications Team supports the Finance, Corporate Operations and Human Resources departments in their technology needs, including day to day systems support activities. The team is looking for a temporary business analyst who will help in the day to day support activities, and in the implementation and roll out of new reports and systems enhancements.

Responsibilities
.Provide direct support for production applications. This will require strong ability in creating and analyzing data queries
.Work closely with the development teams on resolving support issues and developing systems enhancements and reports
.Requirements gathering and developing functional specifications
.Maintain Ad-hoc Access Databases
.Perform system and integration testing

Experience: 5-10 years business systems analysis experience with a strong ability to extract and document business requirements and functional specifications.
.Experience with formal QA practices
.Proficient with SQL and relational databases
.Excellent written and verbal communications skills
.Strong client service skills
.Self-motivated and willing to work in a fast paced team environment
.Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
.Experience working in iterative development environments is desirable
.This individual will be mostly working on support issues, reports, enhancements and Data feeds related to our revenue, proxy voting, BCP and human resources applications. Therefore, experience in finance, corporate operations and human resources functions is a strong plus
