Lotus Notes Desktop Support Consultant in BOSTON, MA

One of our clients, a leader in the Energy industry is seeking to hire a consultant for a long term Lotus Notes Desktop Support contract.

In this role the ideal Desktop Support consultant will be on a team of 5 responsible for supporting 150 users - both locally and remotely.

To be considered you must have 3+ years of experience in the IT field specifically as a Lotus Notes Desktop Support technician. <br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: Responsible for the following:
- First tier troubleshooting support for all end users.
- Must be proficient with LOTUS Notes - they use "C Support" for their Help Desk Ticketing System.
- Must be proficient with using Ghost (this is required)
- Troubleshoot printers and copy machines (work with external vendors)
- Troubleshoot a variety of MS XP Professional issues.
- 80% Desktop Support and 20% phone support.
- Responsible for troubleshooting Blackberry and Visio PowerPoint.
- Added bonuses if you have experience with packaging.
- Responsible for working Active Directory, GPO ( Group Policy )
