PEROT SYSTEMS CORPORATION is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. It is currently looking for a Clinical Analyst to join our team in Boston MA.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide clinical analyst support on Soarian implementation team:
Work proactively with nursing, ancillary, and physician clinical users to identify requirements.
Use technical and analytical skills to determine best approaches to tailoring system to meet individual requirements. Configure Soarian application to meet requirements.
Perform detailed application testing. Develop strong and positive rapport with nursing users, particularly Nursing Information Systems Director, to ensure that nursing needs are quickly prioritized and addressed.
Participate in Siemens User Groups and online listservs, and review contents of Siemens Customer Memos, to ensure optimization of the capabilities of the Soarian system. May be needed for after-hours “on call” support to troubleshoot and resolve system problems escalated by the service management team.

Required Skills:
Technical/analytical IT experience solving problems for users OR clinical experience in a healthcare setting; ideal candidate would have a little of both

Excellent customer service orientation, including good communication skills
Flexibility and can-do attitude
Must be a team player and demonstrate interest in a long-term role with Perot Systems

Desired Skills:
Demonstrated strong technical aptitude; ability to learn new vendor applications quickly and utilize application tools to tailor system to meet user requirements
Exposure to the basic elements of healthcare information technology, via Healthcare Academy orientation / training or information systems experience in a healthcare setting
Passion for supporting nursing
Minimum Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
