Clarity PPM Subject Matter Expert in Boston, MA

As Clarity PPM Subject MAtter Expert, your technical role will be focused on developing code (JAVA, XML, SQL, etc.) to import data into and export data from Clarity. You will spend 3/4th of your time developing and will act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Clarity Coding Development. You will work on a team of 2-3 people with some interaction with other groups with in the IS Department as needed. You will need to assist with some Solution Architecture.

Duties/Responsibilities

Develop code (Java, XML, SQL) to import data into and export data from Clarity.
Assist with Solution Architecture
Interact with other groups in the IS department

Compensation and Employment Terms

Fulltime permanent (salaried)
W-2 hourly
Duration: 2-3 months

Experience: Required Background/Experience

Functional knowledge of Clarity functionality and objects (Clarity 7.5.3 or later)
Working knowledge and experience using XOG interface both manually and programmatically
Working knowledge and experience working with the Clarity database schema
Demonstrated experience working with SQL and specifically Oracle SQL
5 years of demonstrated experience coding in JAVA (client side)
Demonstrated experience with XML DOM coding
Fundamental understanding of data flow from XOG objects to Clarity objects

Major Pluses to have

PGP encryption/decryption
Experience with SOAP
Socket programming (FTP)
Log4J
