Desktop Support Analyst in BOSTON, MA

Our client is seeking an Energetic Technical Support Professional who's skilled in troubleshooting, installing and upgrading computer hardware, software, personal computer networks and peripheral equipment for their employees. The right candidate will respond to help desk requests for desktop support and hardware and software support at the desktop. May be involved and participate in upgrades as well.
