Help Desk Support Tech. in Boston, MA

This position will be responsible for providing support to end users on various issues. The initial handling and responding to technical support requests by employees via telephone calls and emails. Duties may also include troubleshooting printing issues, setting up computers for onsite office personnel (computer and monitors) and assisting support of onsite events. The ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work with end users to meet deadlines, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, great attention to detail and a strong knowledge of Microsoft XP and desktop and notebook configuration in a networked environment. A minimum of 2 years desktop support experience. Some domestic and international travel may be required.
