ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
. Be hands on in all phases of web application development and be a large contributor for the design, development + implementation of a massive multi-tiered web portal used by millions of people every month
. All development is web-based within the .NET framework. Specific technologies used will be C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX + SQL Server

QUALIFICATIONS + SALARY:
1) Senior Level .NET Candidates: up to $110,000
. 5+ years of overall development experience
. 3+ years experience using .NET 2.0 technologies
. Ability to handle being the go-to team lead
. Comfortable in client-facing situations & gathering functional requirements directly
from clients
. Web development experience within the .NET framework
. Object Oriented Programming

2) Mid Level .NET Candidates: $70K + DOE
. 2+ years experience of overall development experience
. 1-2 years experience using .NET 2.0 technologies
. Willing and eager to accept the challenge of working on multiple projects at once
. Must be eager to grow, learn and polish your development skills
. Object Oriented Programming

QUALIFICATIONS:
. 2+ years experience in web development
. C# & ASP.NET
. SQL Server 2000 + 2005
. JavaScript
. CSS (style sheets and tables)
. Enjoys working with others and feels passionate for programming for the greater good
. Experience with the Full Life Cycle Development of web applications

BONUS SKILLS + STRENGTHS:
. AJAX
. Bachelors degree in Computer Science
. Masters degree in Computer Science
. Great communication skills (good enough to talk, listen & laugh)
. Enjoys a challenge
. Interested in being a key member of a .NET development team + is the type of person others look to for answers and guidance
