Tier I Help Desk in BOSTON, MA

Our client seeks an energetic, customer service oriented Tier I Help Desk Support professional. This individual must have a wide range of skills in troubleshooting, installing and upgrading computer hardware, software and will handle calls for approximately 60-80 end users. This person will be the sole IT person and will have hands on experience working with MS Office 2003 support and basic networking knowledge as well as support of printing issues and changing backup tapes. Located on a beautiful golf resort with a pool, tennis courts, restaurants and events facilities. All facilities have technology.
