Help Desk Manager in Boston, MA

Help desk manager needed for 3 months. The ideal candidate must have experience with CA Service Desk, and be able to provide end user support over the phone and onsite. This help desk manager position will be working with a team of 3 tier II desktop support technicians. CA Service Desk experience is mandatory for this position, this help desk manager must be able to make ongoing customizations to the current CA Service Desk environment.<br/><br/>All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States.
