Job Title: Senior Associate, Learning and Development

Job Summary:
The Senior Associate, Learning and Development is accountable for successful design, development, and delivery of learning solutions. This role facilitates scheduled and just-in-time training programs, primarily within North America. The role works collaboratively with other Learning and Development team members to design learning solutions to be developed and delivered both in-house and through external vendors.
The Senior Associate Learning position requires:


Responsibilities:
Instructional design capabilities: transforming business needs into learning solutions
Facilitation and presentation skills
Planning and project management skills
Client relationship management
Internal consulting skills
Deep understanding of training and organizational development theory and practice
Deep understanding of adult learning theory and practice
Ability to evaluate priorities and execute tasks accordingly
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to interpret and extensive variety of instructions in verbal, written or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
Ability to effectively work with project teams and clients
Delivers learning programs, meeting guidelines for effectiveness.
Develops and implements project plans learning programs across multiple geographies
Designs learning programs, meeting guidelines for effectiveness.
Assesses learning program participants for knowledge and behaviors learned.
Continuous improvement of course content and program delivery techniques
The work environment is fast-paced, moderately noisy and team-based. Frequent travel is required.
25 % travel may be required.


Experience Guidelines:

2-4 years training or organizational development experience in successfully delivering, designing and implementing learning solutions in a business setting
Previous work in a team environment; global/distributed experience preferred
Must have experience training adults, preferably of varying age and experience levels

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in arts/humanities, business, organizational development or related field is required. Master’s degree preferred.
