Description Client is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join the Client Project team to support the implementation of a large Managed IPT project with 165 remote sites supporting approximately 23k users. The project coordinator will be responsible for the following activities: •Oversight of Logistics and Order Management teams •Provide Status reports for all equipment orders •Develop and Manage RMA Processes & back-orders •Participate in weekly meetings to discuss order status •Confirm hardware deliveries against Bills of Materials to ensure all hardware for a given site has been received in time for configuration and deployment. •Act as interface between Operations team and Cary NOC: •Maintain inventory tracking spreadsheets detailing hardware status on a per-site basis and post to the Portal including serial numbers where appropriate •Manage subcontractor schedules •Coordinate site visits, obtain access from customer contacts •Maintain weekly internal/external meeting schedule & post to portal •Provide regular project status updates to Project Management team Knowledge in the design/operation of network transport architectures and experience utilizing PMI based project management methodologies are highly desired REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: PROJECT MANAGEMENT -3-4 years experience in a project coordination role supporting data/voice/video product implementations -Experience coordinating and managing project labor resources, including engineers, sub-contractors, consultants, and all other personnel involved with the execution of the project.
