Business Analyst - Web in Boston, MA

Our client is growing and looking to add a skilled Business Analyst to help them push through a large Web based implementation. The ideal candidate will have the following skills:Gather business requirements by conducting interviews and facilitating meetings - need GREAT communication skills! Strong understanding of Web - including user interfaces, screen flow capabilities, wireframe designs for UI definition, etc Experience in SDLC Workflow analysis Document Technical requirements into functional requirements Experience OO Design approaches and user centered design principles Identify and document scope changes and escalating appropriately to PM Define and document application procedures, processes and functionalityWe are looking for someone with at least 3-5 years of experience, high energy, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.This is a contract initially slated for 3 months, with a follow up project for 6 .
